The one-liner

A free Skool squad room where police officers and first responders get fit together.

What they actually sell

Fit Cop Squad Room, run by Justin Hesse, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "For cops done being the out-of-shape stereotype." It is free to join. Coach Justin Hesse built a room where officers post workouts, share meals and hold each other to account, because seeing other cops getting after it is what members say keeps them going. His free library includes the Tactical KISS Nutrition Guide, the Cop Dad Fat Burner Blueprint, the Blue Line Strength Program and a weight loss course. Inside sit 5 courses.

Who pays and why

Cops and first responders who know what to do but keep falling out of routine. The pain is shift work and stress wearing down good intentions when they try alone. They join for accountability from other officers plus Coach Justin's free nutrition and strength guides.

Where the members come from

The Skool lander and Justin Hesse's own teaching appear to be the main acquisition path. Public social links are thin on the about page, so growth reads as community-led rather than a giant media brand. Exact follower counts stay off the about page.

What's holding it back

With everything free and no visible paid step, the room's link to Justin's coaching is not spelled out.

Steal this

Build the room around one profession, so members trust that everyone understands their shifts and stresses.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for any demanding job, such as nurses, firefighters or truckers. Weak for audiences with nothing in common but the goal.
