The one-liner
A Skool yoga studio for bodies with history, from stiff hips to joint replacements.
What they actually sell
The Yoga Wolf, run by Doreen Madison, lives on Skool. A free tier sits at the front door, with Premium and VIP upgrades above it. Doreen Madison, a senior Anusara-trained yoga teacher with more than 20 years of teaching and bodywork as a massage therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner and stretch therapist, promises looser hips, less tension, better posture and knowing how to do the postures in 30 days. Every class has a variation for each body. It starts free with a challenge, and premium is offered when members want more. She jokes that growing up in Berlin means German precision. Inside sit 16 courses and a dense module library. A formal money-back promise is not spelled out on the about page.
Who pays and why
Older practitioners with stiffness, old injuries or joint replacements who have no plans to slow down. Most studios were not built for their history, and they worry about getting older. They join for a 30-day joint release challenge, all of Doreen's classes and daily community posts.
Where the members come from
Doreen's Yoga Wolf YouTube channel, Instagram and Facebook are linked, so the studio gathers people already practising with her online. Follower counts are not shown.
What's holding it back
The premium tier is priced in the copy but not on the listed tier, so the upgrade path looks unclear at checkout.
Steal this
Address the body's history directly, such as joint replacements, so older members feel the studio was built for them.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for Pilates, strength or swimming for older adults. Weak for young audiences.
