The one-liner
A calm English speaking club with free daily prompts and live sessions for learners from 30 countries.
What they actually sell
Speak English with Confidence, run by Lucas Potjer, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Practice speaking English with real people, not an app." A free tier sits at the front door, with Premium upgrades whose prices are not shown on the public page. Every day there is one speaking prompt that members answer in the comments with text or a voice note, and that part stays free. Premium adds weekly live sessions at your level, practice guides and stories with audio. Inside sit 6 courses. Cancel anytime is part of the risk frame. The public page keeps the promise practical and specific rather than vague networking talk.
Who pays and why
English learners who understand plenty but freeze when they have to speak. The fear is sounding foolish in front of others. They join for daily speaking prompts, live sessions and a calm, no-pressure room.
Where the members come from
Lucas Potjer's YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and website presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page.
What's holding it back
The free daily prompt is generous. Premium has to offer something clearly richer to convert members.
Steal this
Make the smallest possible daily action, one prompt and one reply, the heart of the community.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for any language or confidence skill. Weak for topics where practice cannot happen in comments.
