The one-liner

A photo-organisation membership helping moms back up decades of memories.

What they actually sell

The Photo Project is Megan O'Hare's Skool for people drowning in scattered photos. The public offer sits at $37 a month with a trial path. Copy promises a Photo Roadmap in week one, step-by-step courses for iPhone, Android, Mac and PC, monthly live calls, small weekly steps in plain English, and a community of moms and grandmas. Megan positions as a certified digital photo organiser. The emotional hook is the fear that if the phone died tonight, the photos would not survive. The page does not spell out a long formal money-back promise beyond trial framing.

Who pays and why

Moms and caregivers with twenty years of photos across phones, laptops and iCloud who are scared to delete duplicates. The 3am worry is losing the family archive. They pay for a non-techy system and live help until it is done. They want the project finished, not another weekend rabbit hole of folders and duplicates.

Where the members come from

Megan's Instagram, Facebook and thephotoproject.co site feed the room. The Skool is the guided delivery layer for an audience already following her photo-organisation content.

What's holding it back

Once members finish their archive, the job feels done. Without a compelling next project or family-history layer, retention may drop after the backlog is cleared. Support load rises when every member brings a different mess of devices and decades of folders.

Steal this

Sell photo organisation as a live-supported monthly system with a week-one roadmap so non-techy parents finally finish the backup.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other domestic digital overwhelm niches such as password cleanups or document scanning. Weak for pro photographer workflow education.

“After years of pushing print photos into a dusting box and ignoring my camera roll, SD cards and icloud, I found the Photo Project and I am ever so grateful that I did. As I dug into the program, videos and calls I found motivation and a sense of "I can do this". Megan and her staff made each step easy to follow and the photo project community was supportive as well. I highly recommend the photo project if you are ready to get your photos organized!”

“The Photo Project has been such a game changer! It helped me finally clean up my phone, see the value of cloud storage, and finally organize my thousands of photos instead of feeling overwhelmed. Best of all, it helped me organize my thoughts, my memories, and plans fro scrapbooking projects. I feel lighter, more organized, and ready for what's ahead.”

“The Photo Project is truly the only way I could get my photos organized! So well done, enjoyable, with hands-on, personalized guidance. I look forward to the weekly calls; helpful, encouraging, & fun. I have worked independently, in the groups, 1:1, & in an intensive, fast-paced setting. Loved them all! Megan & Brittany are fabulous, incredibly knowledgeable, and invested in your success. Once you meet Megan, you'll feel as though you have a new best friend. I highly recommend this program!”

“I joined the Photo Project four months ago, and it has been a game changer. I now have all my digital photos organized in one location instead of scattered across devices and accounts. Megan’s process is outstanding, with clear guidance that makes the work manageable and enjoyable. The member Q&A sessions are incredibly helpful, and the recorded videos are easy to follow. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to organize and preserve their photos.”

“If you have photos all over the place (think old flash drives, CDs, Shutterfly, Dropbox, hard drives, old laptops/cell phones, etc.) and you are being driven crazy by the clutter and thought of losing your precious memories... buy this course now. It will hold your hand through creating an organized system, ensuring every single memory is safely captured and backing it up so that you can find any photo at any time - from anywhere.”
