The one-liner
A free Skool community teaching engineers and executives to speak with influence using a five-part method.
What they actually sell
The A.L.I.C.E. Method, run by Alice Hlidkova, lives on Skool. It is free to join. The offer is built on a named framework. A.L.I.C.E. stands for Active Listening, Learning Intention, Internal Regulation, Clarity and Embodied Authority, each tied to an outcome such as earning trust or commanding a room. The page backs it with a long results list, from a director promoted to VP to a marketer prepped for an OpenAI interview. Alice Hlidkova, an ex-startup founder and Carnegie Mellon alum, says she has advised more than 200 people. Inside sit 8 courses.
Who pays and why
Engineers, product managers and executives who are great at the work but freeze, overthink or ramble when it counts. They want promotions, trust and pay rises that their expertise alone has not won them. They join for the A.L.I.C.E. communication method and coaching from Alice.
Where the members come from
Alice's Make It With Alice YouTube channel is the main feeder, along with Instagram and LinkedIn, so the community gathers people who found her videos. The page shows her subscriber count in the low thousands.
What's holding it back
Everything is free and the paid coaching path is not described, so the results list sells something the page does not offer directly.
Steal this
Turn your teaching into a memorable acronym, then attach a concrete outcome to every letter.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for sales, leadership or interview coaching. Weak where a framework would feel gimmicky, such as grief support.
