The one-liner
A lifetime breathwork course that lets people begin deep emotional work on their own schedule.
What they actually sell
Inner You Ondemand is Josh Connolly’s self-paced breathwork programme with six chapters covering self-awareness, inner guardianship, joy, self-compassion, inner-child safety and personal power. It is the on-demand version of a flagship programme that has already run across live cohorts, which gives the digital course a useful foundation. The framing is trauma-aware and inclusive, and the page says it can suit beginners as well as experienced practitioners. A one-time payment gives lifetime access, so the buyer is not signing up to another monthly obligation. The trade-off is clear. People get a complete emotional arc they can revisit, but the course is not primarily sold as an ongoing community with a regular live timetable.
Who pays and why
People who want emotional release or inner-child work but cannot fit live cohort dates pay for the freedom to start when they are ready. They want a safe-feeling structure, not another appointment to keep. The emotional need is to feel seen and less alone while still having control over pace and privacy.
Where the members come from
Prior live cohorts, Josh’s breathwork reputation and Circle Discover create the obvious routes into the course. The live-to-on-demand transition is especially natural for people who know the method already. The public card does not give a detailed social audience picture.
What's holding it back
A one-time course has no automatic reason for people to return after chapter six. Without a clear next step, graduates may leave just when they are ready for practice partners or deeper support.
Steal this
Turn a proven live cohort into a lifetime course with a six-chapter emotional arc, then give graduates a clear place to continue practising.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for yoga intensives, writing workshops or therapy-adjacent skills. The model works best when live demand has already proved the sequence.
