Health & Fitness communities, torn down.
Health and fitness communities work best where accountability matters more than information. Training programmes and nutrition guidance are abundant and mostly free; doing them consistently for a year is the hard part, and that is what a good community provides.
This category covers strength training, nutrition coaching, mobility and recovery, sleep, and nervous-system work. The better communities are led by qualified coaches who give individual feedback rather than broadcasting the same plan to everyone. Membership is usually inexpensive relative to one-to-one coaching, which is much of the appeal.
Note that anything touching pharmacology or supplement sourcing sits outside what this index lists, and no community here is a substitute for advice from a doctor who knows your history.

The gap: Pricing here is mostly unpublished: 10 of 40 Health & Fitness communities show a monthly price, and 9 of those 10 are free or under $25 a month. Anyone who states a price plainly is already unusual.
"strength training program" alone draws about 2,200 US searches a month, steady year on year, and the search results for it are competitive but not closed. Search volume measures interest in the subject, not willingness to pay for a community about it.
