Freediving Breathwork

Freediving Breathwork is for freedivers and spearos. Train your breath-hold from home, no water needed.

Why you should join: Breath-hold cheat sheets, training routines and videos on CO2 tolerance from Gert Leroy, freediving instructor and former national record holder. Free to join.

The one-liner

A free breath-hold training library for freedivers, spearos and mermaids who train from home.

What they actually sell

Freediving Breathwork, run by Gert Leroy, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Free breath training resources for freedivers, spearos & mermaids." It is free to join. The page lists Train from home. No water needed, and Breath-hold cheat sheets and blueprints. Inside sit 7 courses. The public page keeps the promise practical and specific rather than vague networking talk.

Who pays and why

People done with programmes that ignore their real life and body. The shame is starting over every Monday. They join for a fitness or health system with peers who show up. Freediving Breathwork is sold as a place to do the work with others, not to collect another login.

Where the members come from

Gert Leroy's YouTube, Instagram and Facebook presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page. Gert Leroy remains the visible face of the brand on the lander.

What's holding it back

Challenge culture burns people out if every month is a relaunch. Quiet weeks hurt more when the lander sold momentum. A clearer public promise of what members get each week would make Freediving Breathwork easier to say yes to.

Steal this

Niche the health offer around a life stage or constraint, and sell live habit support.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other life-stage fitness niches. Weak for programme-hopping challenge mills.
