Notes
Teardown notes
The one-liner
A cheap annual SEO academy that sells an agency's own playbook with no upsells.
What they actually sell
The SEO Academy is run by Jordan Lewis. Its own pitch: "Unlock My SEO Agency’s $5,000+ AI SEO Playbook for $75/Year (Cancel Anytime)." The public offer sits at $75 a year. The price is compared to a Netflix subscription, with no upsells and no hidden fees. Inside sit 38 courses. Cancel anytime is part of the risk frame. The offer is easy to understand in one read, which is half the job of a sales page.
Who pays and why
Site owners and marketers who want to rank without paying an agency. The pull is getting the same checklists and templates an agency charges thousands for. They pay for step-by-step SEO courses, a monthly checklist, an AI prompt library, contractor lists and weekly live coaching.
Where the members come from
Jordan Lewis's website presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work.
What's holding it back
A very low price needs huge volume to pay for weekly coaching. The page also shows two different yearly prices in different places.
Steal this
Compare your price to a Netflix subscription so a yearly fee feels like nothing.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for any agency with a playbook to sell, such as PPC. Weak where buyers want done-for-you work.
