Teardown notes
The one-liner
A paid Skool fitness hub helping busy mums stay consistent with coaching, feedback and plans.
What they actually sell
The FITMum Hub, run by Sarah Swainsbury, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "The fitness community for busy mums who want to get back on track, stay consistent, build confidence & stop starting again every Monday." Membership costs $19 a month. The list is long and practical. Members get weekly check-ins, monthly live Zoom coaching with Sarah Swainsbury, personal feedback on exercise form videos, food diary feedback, questions answered whenever needed, weekly mindset coaching, home and gym plans, on-demand workouts, meal plans and recipes. A Sarah AI assistant gives extra support, and The Ultimate FITMum Fitness Blueprint anchors it. Inside sit 9 courses and a dense module library. Cancel anytime is part of the risk frame.
Who pays and why
Busy mums who keep promising to start again on Monday. Life gets in the way, and they want accountability that survives a missed week. They pay for weekly check-ins, monthly live Zoom coaching, form feedback and meal plans.
Where the members come from
Sarah's Celebrity Circuits Fitness Instagram is the feeder, so the hub serves mums who already follow her workouts. Follower counts are not shown.
What's holding it back
Personal food and form feedback for every member takes a lot of one coach's time, and only one live call a month is promised.
Steal this
Add an AI version of yourself for quick questions, so members get help between your live sessions.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for new dads, carers or shift workers. Weak where members have plenty of free time.

Reviews
Vicki Coleman
“This is the best new years resolution I could have gifted myself! Started in January after previously doing a 12 week kick start with Sarah during lockdown and loved the results post baby. When I did the 12 week pro back in 2021, I was in it merely for the workouts. This time , I have committed to the work outs , the nutrition, the protein , the face to face classes, the challenges. Its become the new " facebook" the app i check daily. I love being apart of it ! I dont even know im paying for it”
