The one-liner

A French pronunciation café with three clear tiers, from self-led to a VIP circle.

What they actually sell

The Sound More French Café is run by Francesca Fleming. Its own pitch: "You've got the words." The public offer sits at $37 a month. Three tiers are priced at $37, $47 and $99 a month, from self-led learning to live practice and a VIP circle. Inside sit 22 courses. The page does not spell out a money-back promise. The offer is easy to understand in one read, which is half the job of a sales page.

Who pays and why

English speakers who know French words but do not sound how they imagined. The pull is speaking with confidence. They pay for a pronunciation pathway, community support and, in higher tiers, live practice, a book club and dictée.

Where the members come from

Francesca Fleming's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and website presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Francesca Fleming's profile line reads: "Salut, I’m Frannie. I help English speakers sound more French by showing them exactly how to shape sounds and speak with confidence."

What's holding it back

Three tiers give choice, but the gap between them needs to stay clear. Live sessions depend on the host's time.

Steal this

Build tiers around how much live practice members want so the upgrade is obvious.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other languages with tricky sounds, such as Mandarin. Weak for grammar-only learners.

“So honestly I’ve been terribly lax with the online groups life got in the way ! However I have been doing all the silent work, downloading the lessons and catching up on the recorded lessons. It has been rewarding as now have started a new job and able to cope with talking French ! If I had more time I would take more live classes . Living in France for 12 years not fluent but finally fitting in Slowly the confidence is growing Thank you !”

Nicola Tallett

From Skool
“What a fabulous way to learn. Each class has a focus on a sound (in the phonics gym) or a situation in the conversation classes. So you’re learning topics, sentences, & vocabulary as you practice sounding more French. And the community is supportive too!”

Madeline O'Halloran

From Skool
“I love this group! Everyone is so supportive, there is no judgement, just pure encouragement. Frannie’s and Judith are such great teachers and make learning French fun with no pressure! I can’t recommend this group highly enough.”

Sharon Bush

From Skool
“The Pause Café and Phonics Gym sessions are always a lot of fun. Frannie and Judith are great and they always make you feel so welcome without any pressure. I've also met so many lovely members online and even a few face-to-face too.”
