The one-liner
A free global Skool community supporting radiography applicants, students and professionals through every career stage.
What they actually sell
Radiography and beyond, run by Awais Osman, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Connect with others, share your journey, celebrate your wins, ask questions and get support through university, placement, careers and beyond." It is free to join. The room covers the whole journey: student life, placements, anatomy, positioning and physics, then Band 5 jobs, interviews, CVs and CPD, then international registration and working abroad. It also looks beyond the clinic at AI, digital skills and EdTech. Live teaching, Q&As and guest sessions with radiographers, educators and recruiters are promised. The culture rule is simple: if you have been through it, help someone who is going through it now. Inside sits one course.
Who pays and why
Radiography applicants, students, newly qualified and international radiographers. They want people who understand placements, Band 5 interviews and registration abroad, which friends outside the field cannot help with. They join for peer support, live teaching and guest Q&As with radiographers and recruiters.
Where the members come from
Awais Osman's AoX-ray YouTube channel and the Access2Uni brand on Instagram and the web sit behind the room, so the community catches students already using his university-entry content. Subscriber numbers are not shown.
What's holding it back
There is no paid layer, so the live teaching and guest sessions have no visible funding, and a broad audience from applicants to seniors can split conversation.
Steal this
Map your community to every stage of a career, so members stay from application to senior role.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for nursing, physiotherapy or any regulated health profession. Weak for careers without a defined training pipeline.
