The one-liner

A free open-play guide and community that gets travelling pickleball players into good games in new cities.

What they actually sell

Traveling Pickleballers, run by Ricky Theriault, lives on Skool. It is free to join. The page lists a constantly updated, member-verified Open Play Guide covering 250+ cities, Open-play times, skill levels, fees, facilities, and local tips, and local intel you will not find on Google, in place of outdated websites and scattered Facebook groups. Inside sits one course. The public page keeps the promise practical and specific rather than vague networking talk.

Who pays and why

Pickleball players who travel and want good games wherever they land. The annoyance is outdated court listings and scattered groups. They join for an open-play guide and trusted tips across many cities. Traveling Pickleballers is sold as a place to do the work with others, not to collect another login.

Where the members come from

Ricky Theriault's Instagram presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page. Ricky Theriault remains the visible face of the brand on the lander.

What's holding it back

Guides go stale fast. Without members updating listings, the core value fades.

Steal this

Turn local knowledge into a crowd-sourced guide for travellers in your niche.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other travelling hobbies such as golf or running. Weak for home-only hobbies.
