What they actually sell
OnePlateClub Strength & Muscle by Ryan Maclellan a complete strength and physique system blending powerlifting, bodybuilding and calisthenics to build muscle, add plates and build resilient joints. The public offer sits at $39 a month. Private coaching is offered as an add-on. Members are promised pR GUARANTEE: Get leaner or stronger in 30 days or your money back!, 1:1 DM Coaching, Form Checks & Accountability, complete Program Ecosystem (Easy → Elite), $1,000 Challenges Every 6 Weeks, and bodybuilding Prep & Nutrition System (Get below 10% bodyfat). Inside sit 25 courses and a dense module library. Cancel anytime is part of the risk frame.
Who pays and why
People done with programmes that ignore their real life and body. The shame is starting over every Monday. They pay for a fitness or health system with peers who show up.
Where the members come from
Ryan Maclellan's Youtube and Instagram presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page.
What's holding it back
Challenge culture burns people out if every month is a relaunch.
Steal this
Niche the health offer around a life stage or constraint, and sell live habit support.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for other life-stage fitness niches. Weak for programme-hopping challenge mills.

Goran Vasic
“I am an intermediate to advanced lifter but this program helped me build a much better routine. Everything makes perfect sense. Also, Ryan is an intelligent individual, I can see he put a lot of thought behind this and years of experience. I wasn’t super excited about paying for some workout split but this much more than that. Props and if you need a solid base or you need a finishing touch to your plan, check it out, it’s worth much more than 30 a month.”
