The one-liner
A year-round ski improvement academy built on Harald Harb's method, with weekly live coaching.
What they actually sell
Harb Ski Academy is run by Peter Stone. The headline pitch reads: "Fast-track your ski improvement with Harald Harb's proven year-round ski improvement system." The public offer sits at $47 a month. The trial lets skiers try the roadmap and video feedback, and the annual plan saves two months. Inside sit 26 courses. The page does not spell out a money-back promise.
Who pays and why
Skiers frustrated by inconsistent turns and conflicting advice. The hope is skiing better every season, not just during holidays. They pay for a ski improvement roadmap, video feedback, weekly live coaching, ski fitness and equipment advice.
Where the members come from
Peter Stone's YouTube, Facebook and website presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Peter Stone's profile line reads: "Host of the Harb Ski Academy. Founder of the Big Game Academy. Ski writer & coach. Ran Harb Ski Camps in Canada & Australia. Mad Golfer. Proud dad."
What's holding it back
Skiing is seasonal, so summer retention is the risk. The page tackles this, but keeping members off-season is hard.
Steal this
Sell the off-season with dryland and boot training so members stay all year.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for other seasonal sports such as surfing. Weak where practice needs the real venue.

Kuan Ju Liu
“If you want to learn and excel at skiing, stop looking and sign up. There is simply nothing out there that even remotely approaches the level of physics and biomechanical understanding of skiing that the Academy offers. Frankly, the Academy could be on any other platform and it would be a 5-star program! Sure: the presentation and tech is a bit old-school, but the material is so comprehensive the LLM that is trained against it mitigates a lot of that. The members pick up any remaining slack! ❤️”
Geoff H Hewitt
“This academy provides a holistic package for ski improvement. Technique, fitness, equipment, ski boot alignment(not to be underestimated) and much more. The approach is structured and you have direct access to one of the worlds best ski coaches. Haralds PMTS is a highly efficient teaching system.”
Matthew Elder
“If you aspire to become an expert skier, this is the place to be.”
