The one-liner
A $33 leadership practice community built around three-person Collabs.
What they actually sell
Grow3Leaders, tied to TransformationFirst.Asia and Coach Wouter, is an international community of practice where leaders take behaviour challenges with three colleagues they invite into a Collab. Membership is pitched at $33 a month after application. Members get challenge calendars, digital credentials for LinkedIn, resources on twelve effective leadership behaviours, meet-and-greet calls, and programmes such as the LEADweek Challenge. Methods blend leadership research with Asia's wisdom traditions. Challenges are designed to run at work, not as abstract theory.
Who pays and why
Workplace leaders who want to change behaviours with peers rather than sit through another solo e-learning module. The fear is knowing what good leadership looks like and still not practising it Monday morning. They pay for structured challenges that force real reps with trusted colleagues.
Where the members come from
Coach Wouter's webinars, free calls, and the TransformationFirst.Asia ecosystem. The Mighty Networks lander itself does most of the explaining. No separate social URLs are highlighted in the compact page text.
What's holding it back
The Collab model depends on members successfully inviting three colleagues. If that friction stops joiners at the door, the core mechanic never starts and solo members get a weaker product. Cross-generational Collabs are a lovely idea that still fails if invite friction stays high.
Steal this
Require every leadership challenge to be taken as a three-person Collab so practice and accountability are built into enrolment.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for other workplace behaviour change such as sales management habits or safety leadership. Weak for solitary personal development topics where inviting colleagues feels awkward.
