The one-liner
A free cybersecurity careers community with learning paths, projects and mentorship from a Deloitte cloud security pro.
What they actually sell
CyberDive, run by Artem Polynko, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "A cybersecurity community built to get you hired." It is free to join. The page says paid tiers will be introduced later, and the founder frames it as his own route from IT support to cloud security, packaged so members move faster. Inside sit 30 courses and a dense module library. The public page keeps the promise practical and specific rather than vague networking talk.
Who pays and why
People trying to get hired in cybersecurity. The confusion is too many paths and certifications. They join for structured learning paths, projects, networking and mentorship. CyberDive is sold as a place to do the work with others, not to collect another login. Belonging matters as much as the content here, because the people in the room are part of what members come back for.
Where the members come from
Artem Polynko's LinkedIn and website presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page. Artem Polynko remains the visible face of the brand on the lander.
What's holding it back
Career promises need proof. Visible success stories would build trust. Quiet weeks hurt more when the lander sold momentum. A clearer public promise of what members get each week would make CyberDive easier to say yes to.
Steal this
Package your own career path into a simple roadmap.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for other tech careers such as cloud or data. Weak for hobbies.
