Teardown notes

The one-liner

A tiered credit-repair Skool that sells DIY, done-for-you, and VIP strategy access.

What they actually sell

Credit Skool is André's repair shop inside Skool. Display price leads with $49 a month. Standard is DIY: course access and group Q&A with a dispute manager, explicitly no 1:1. Premium is $129 a month done-for-you with a dedicated disputer, weekly group strategy with André, funding education, and an aggressive upgrade path called out at $200 in the classroom. VIP adds a monthly thirty-minute 1:1, the aggressive upgrade included, a pre-process consult, and a funding discount. Day-rate framing ($1.63 and $4.30) softens the sticker.

Who pays and why

People stuck under collections, lates, and charge-offs who want either a guided DIY path or someone else to dispute. The deeper buy is escape velocity toward funding and leaving the nine-to-five story André sells.

Where the members come from

André links Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube under Mister Big Faith, so the membership sits behind that personal brand. Exact follower counts stay off the Skool page.

What's holding it back

Premium still says no 1:1, then upsells aggressive and VIP hard. Buyers who thought $129 meant full service may feel nickel-and-dimed when speed costs extra.

Steal this

Frame DIY and DFY as day rates, then ladder VIP as the only seat with true 1:1 and aggressive repair included.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other service ladders such as bookkeeping DIY versus done-for-you. Weak for pure education brands that refuse operational delivery.
