Notes

Teardown notes

The one-liner

A tiered author-marketing bootcamp selling mini access up to a seven-figure incubator.

What they actually sell

Book Marketing Bootcamp is Hannah Koca's ladder for authors who have books but not sales. Display price shows $20 a year for Standard: mini bootcamp plus community. Premium yearly adds the full bootcamp, speaker calls, monthly group coaching for a "millionaire mindset," author peers, and group marketing events. VIP opens a 7 Figure Author Incubator with 1:1 and group coaching, a course, and writing-retreat invites, with monthly billing available on that tier. No trial is spelled out.

Who pays and why

Authors stuck after publication who feel invisible. They pay to shift from "I wrote a book" to "I market a book," with peer energy and coaching around money identity.

Where the members come from

Hannah's bio positions her as author, leader, and speaker. Outside social links on the profile are empty, so the acquisition path is not visible on the Skool page.

What's holding it back

A $20 yearly Standard tier may attract lurkers who never buy Premium. Identity language about millionaire authors can also clash with members still hunting their first hundred sales.

Steal this

Use a tiny annual entry tier as a bootcamp sampler, then sell the full marketing year and a high-touch incubator above it.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other creator products with a "finished asset, no distribution" problem, such as course authors or podcasters. Weak for pre-creation audiences who still need to write the book.
