The one-liner

A free ASVAB prep course and community for recruits who want a better score and a stronger start.

What they actually sell

ASVAB Test Prep, run by Darin Pirkey, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "ASVAB Test Prep made simple, get proven strategies, practice resources, and community support to boost your scores and launch your military career." It is free to join. The promise centres on clear lessons, practice resources and support across the test sections. Inside sit 2 courses. The public page keeps the promise practical and specific rather than vague networking talk.

Who pays and why

Future recruits who need a good ASVAB score to open the military career they want. The fear is a score that limits their job options. They join for clear lessons, practice resources and support across the test sections.

Where the members come from

The Skool lander and Darin Pirkey's own teaching appear to be the main acquisition path. Public social links are thin on the about page, so growth reads as community-led rather than a giant media brand. Exact follower counts stay off the about page.

What's holding it back

Test prep members leave once they pass. The room needs a steady stream of new recruits to stay lively.

Steal this

Give a high-stakes test its own free community so candidates can study and ask questions together.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes for other entrance tests such as police or nursing exams. Weak for open-ended learning.
